What We Build
Cohort Atlas builds infrastructure-grade mobility intelligence systems. We transform anonymized GPS data from hundreds of millions of consumer devices into high-frequency, confidence-scored traffic estimates covering the contiguous United States.
Our core product — Low-Latency HPMS — delivers corridor-level traffic volumes, vehicle classifications, and time-of-day profiles with approximately 4-day latency. This replaces the 12–18 month wait for traditional HPMS data, enabling faster and better-informed decisions in infrastructure planning, investment, and operations.
